Your personal photos are welcomed in Introductions only. We ask you to limit the size to 500 pixels on the longest side and to 100 KB in file size.

If you need a place to store your photo for posting you might like to use the free site at Photobucket.

If you do not have PaintShop Pro or other software for sizing and compressing your photos you might like to use ShrinkPictures, which is also a free site.
